Badges are on sale now for the in-person return of RTX Austin 2022, July 1-3. For the first time we are offering postpone and refund options. You can buy badges now, and have options later in the year if you’re unable to attend.
Evening Events are on sale for all RTX Badge Holders now! These events are ticketed separately as each will have their own unique experience.
We want everyone at RTX Austin 2022 to feel healthy and safe, so we have some new policies. Visit Health/Safety to learn more.
If your badge wasn’t shipped to your, Will-Call badge pickup will be at Registration in the Austin Convention Center, Level 1, Solar Atrium.

Advanced Panel Reservations: Tired of waiting in line for hours for a panel? Avoid panel queues with Advanced Panel Reservations, which allow you to book a reservation for a panel ahead of time. This process will guarantee you entry to the room, so you can go and enjoy the rest of the convention. Please note, although you will have guarantee entry to the panel, you will not have reserved seating unless specified in your badge perks. Quantity of Advanced Panel Reservations are allocated by badge type.

In light of the current health and safety concerns around the Covid-19 pandemic, we will now offer badge postpone and refund options for the first time.
- If you can’t attend, you can request a refund or to postpone your badge(s) to RTX Austin 2023 by May 27, 2022
- If you test positive for COVID-19 within the 2 weeks prior to attending, please email rtxevent@roosterteeth.com.
We have now partnered with GrowTix as our new event registration platform. If you postponed your RTX Austin 2020 badge anytime between April 2020 and February 2021, your order details will be transferred from Front Gate Ticketing to our new ticketing system, GrowTix. A badge confirmation email rolling over your RTX Austin 2020 registration details into GrowTix’s system will be sent by January 21, 2022.

On Sale Dates
- Monday, January 24, 10:00 AM CT – Early Bird presale for FIRST Members
- Wednesday, January 26, 10:00 AM CT – Early Bird on sale for General Public
- Monday, February 14, 10:00 AM CT – Regular rates for all badge types
Early Bird rates are a discount from the Regular Rates and will be available through Monday, February 14, 10:00 AM CT or until sold out.
FIRST Members will be emailed their unique access code on Monday, January 17, 2022 to the email tied to their FIRST account.

For those who postponed their RTX Austin 2020 badge(s) to RTX Austin 2022, you should have received your updated confirmation email from Front Gate Tickets in March 2021.
