Hi all! We know many of you have been wondering what 2021 holds for RTX. Well, we are bringing back RTX at Home! This year’s virtual event will be July 8-17, 2021.
After serious discussions, we have made the decision to cancel this year’s in-person RTX Austin 2021. The health and safety of our staff, Guardians, and community is our number one priority.
Today, we sent an email to all current badge holders with the below information. If you had postponed your 2020 order to 2021 and did not receive the email, please contact RTX Customer Service at email@example.com.
All current badge holders are eligible to postpone to RTX Austin 2022, select a credit package for their RTX Austin 2020 order, or request a full refund. Decisions regarding your order must be made by Friday, March 12, 11:59 PM CT. If you do not select an option for your order by this date, then we will automatically postpone all orders (including commemorative items) to RTX Austin 2022 (July 1-3).
All confirmation emails will be sent to the email tied to your Front Gate Tickets account. If you need to update your email, visit https://rtx2020.frontgatetickets.com/ and login to your account. Under the “Your Account” tab on the top navigation bar select “Account Details”. Go to the “Contact Info” section to update your email.
Please Note: Orders inclusive of commemorative badges, the RTX Pin, or the RTX Bundle will receive the same treatment selected for RTX badges. We are unable to separate those items out within the same order.
